Gatesway's staff is the heart of the company. Since Paula Gates started the cleaning service in 1986, the team has grown. They are dedicated to providing excellent carpet cleaning and upholstery services. Learn more about every one of our hard-working, experienced team members below.
Andrew Stalder
Operations Manager
Andrew has been with Gatesway as a Manager for 5 years. He started working with Gatesway in high school as a helper in 2007. Andrew has his IICRC certifications in Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration. In his time outside work, Andrew is an actor and performer for the Warren Players organization and can commonly be found at the Struthers Library Theatre.
Nathan VanSile
Cleaning Technician
Nathan has been with Gatesway for 6 years, and we consider him to be our dog specialist. Not only in the removal of dog accident odors and spots, but in customer relations with clients’ dogs. Nathan has IICRC certifications in Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration. In his time outside work, Nathan enjoys camping and gaming, doing both preferably with his dog Bubba.
John Sherrard
Cleaning Technician
John has been with Gatesway for 20 years and his technical skills in cleaning shows his experience in the industry. John has IICRC certifications in Carpet Cleaning, Rug cleaning, Odor control, Water Damage Restoration, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning and in Journeyman Textile Cleaning. In his time outside of work, John likes camping and is a stunning photographer. You can find some of his photography work in the Warren General Hospital.
Paula Gates
Owner/ Founder
Paula hasn’t just been with Gatesway since its conception, she WAS Gatesway for quite
a few years, running a carpet cleaning truck out of her home. She has had the skills and integrity needed to build this business and connect it with the community to become the biggest name in cleaning in Warren County. In her time outside work, Paula enjoys being semi-retired, enjoying the nature and critters surrounding her home.
