Pet odors in carpet

When your Pet has had an accident on your carpet it not only affects the carpet, but it affects the padding and sub-floor. Most Deodorizers only mask the odor they do not remove it.

If you have a small area usually an Enzyme is your best chance for removing the odor.  If more than 20% of your room has been saturated than 60% of the underneath of the carpet, including padding and floor will be affected.

You will then need to remove the padding and carpet and apply a sealer to your sub-floor , the sealer will lock in the odor.
