Stripping and waxing of vinyl composition tile

The stripping and waxing process is used on Vinyl composition tile ( VCT )  which is found in most commercial business’s .  Vinyl tiles are typically waxed and buffed using special stripping products and cleaning agents along with floor machines .

All older tile floors should have a good quality Sealer applied to the floor before wax is applied .  A Sealer will help the wax bond better to the floor and make the finish last longer if it is properly maintained
